Details: University of Canberra High School Kaleen is seeking an Enrolments Officer who demonstrates strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with staff, students, families, and the wider school community.

The successful applicant will demonstrate a high degree of independence in managing workflows and prioritising tasks effectively. They will be responsible for overseeing the school’s enrolment processes in accordance with Education Directorate policies and procedures, while also providing high-level administrative support within the school’s front office environment.

As a valued member of the school’s administration team, the Enrolments Officer will contribute to the smooth operation of the front office and provide professional administrative support to meet the needs of the wider school community.

Applicants will have strong written and verbal communications skills as well as a demonstrated ability to work in a team environment and engage with students, parents, carers, and teachers.
