Role description
Bowden Brompton Community School (BBCS), Torrens Rd Campus in Brompton, is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Senior Years (Years 10 - 12) teacher with expertise in Essential Maths, Essential English and Exploring Identities and Futures (EIF - SACE) with a strong understanding of trauma-informed practices.
We are looking for an exceptional educator to join our innovative and engaging team, where you will teach small groups of 5 to 10 students from diverse backgrounds.
The successful candidate will demonstrate a commitment to relational teaching and self-reflection, as well as strong teamwork with colleagues. Our strategic priorities include a focus on metacognition and self-regulation.
Key responsibilities include managing a pastoral care group, liaising with various agencies, communicating with families, and contributing to community-based outreach learning programs.
