Role description
This is a 12 month fixed term, part-time (0.6FTE) position commencing Term 2, 2026 with possible permanency
Hilton Primary School (PS) is situated on beautiful, spacious, sustainably managed grounds with multiple play areas and outdoor classrooms (developed by our staff and parents through our Grounds Committee). The Role
The Teacher - Learning Support Coordinator is an identified staff member who has experience in inclusive education. You will direct and indirect support and work as an important member of the student service team and work underneath the student services Deputy Principal. You should display proficiency in achieving planned outcomes within a diverse school community with knowledge of contemporary and evidence-based practices. Through a specific focus on individual student needs and a philosophy of every child as a successful learner.
Specific duties/responsibilities may include:
- Managing Case Conferences schedule, meetings and maintaining accurate records
- Follow up and support staff with actions from Case Conferences
- Communicate with all stakeholders.
- Work as an integral member of the Student Services Team
- Provide Pl for staff and community to improve student outcomes in Special Education Needs
