Active Night Shift Boarding Supervisor

Broome Residential College are seeking to establish a pool of Active Night Shift Boarding Supervisors for permanent and fixed term, full-time and part-time vacancies which may arise during 2026 and up to the end of April 2027. Appointments may be offered at any time for vacancies that commence during this period.

The Role

Suitable applicants will support and reinforce appropriate values and behaviours of students, and supervise students, fulfilling duty of care requirements in line with Department policy. They will respect and embrace diversity within the student population, and provide and supervise opportunities which support the academic, social, emotional, and physical development of students.

The Boarding Supervisor will promptly report concerns with student and staff wellbeing, duty of care, occupational safety and health and maintenance matters to senior staff. This role will require the suitable applicants to uphold the Public Sector Code of Ethics and Code of Conduct and work in accordance with Department requirements.
