Role description
Selection Criteria
SC1: Demonstrated experience in administrative support, including the capacity to accurately process data and maintain records, preferably within payroll or human resources environments.
SC2: Demonstrated capacity to effectively utilise computerised systems (such as eduPay, SharePoint and Microsoft Excel) and improve processes, including the ability to accurately manage and manipulate data with a high degree of attention to detail.
SC3: Demonstrated organisational and time management skills, including the ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines and work effectively in a busy environment.
SC4: Demonstrated ability to follow established processes and procedures, including the capacity to interpret and apply relevant policies, industrial agreements and leave provisions with guidance as required, and to work under direction while maintaining accuracy and accountability.
SC5: Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to provide professional and timely support to staff and respond to routine enquiries.
SC6: Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

The primary purpose of this role is to deliver comprehensive administrative support for payroll and human resource functions within the school. This includes ensuring the accurate processing of transactions, diligent record keeping, and strict adherence to Department of Education policies and procedures.
