Role description
Selection Criteria
SC1 Proven experience leading and implementing wellbeing practices that support the social, emotional, and developmental needs of children and young people, including responding to complex needs and promoting safe, inclusive, and supportive environments across educational or community settings.
SC2 Demonstrated ability to lead structured, collaborative meetings (e.g. Student Support Groups or equivalent), develop and monitor individualised plans, and coordinate supports to improve outcomes for children and young people.
SC3 Experience coordinating or contributing to assessment processes, including gathering and analysing evidence, working with multidisciplinary teams, and supporting applications such as Disability Inclusion Profiles or similar funding/support processes.
SC4 Strong experience building partnerships with families/carers, educators, and external service providers (e.g. allied health, child and family services), ensuring a coordinated and holistic approach to wellbeing and inclusion.
SC5 Ability to manage competing priorities, maintain accurate documentation, interpret and communicate complex information clearly, and engage effectively with a broad range of stakeholders in dynamic environments.
