Due to the continued growth of the College, the Islamic College of Brisbane (ICB) is seeking an experienced teacher to join our Secondary school for the following subjects:

• A design teacher with Food and Fibre Production and Food Specialisation Aspects. Combined with one or more of Junior English, and/or humanities/geography, and/or design and digital technologies
• English teacher with either some Senior Essential English and/or junior HASS combination
• A geography teacher with HASS and/or junior English

• The successful planning and delivery of their academic program
• The provision of pastoral care and to nurture the wellbeing of their students
• Facilitate effective learning underpinned by the curriculum and learning framework of the college
• Support students’ individual learning needs

Selection Criteria

• Relevant qualifications and QCT registration or the ability to obtain one before commencement
• Successful teaching experience and understanding of the Australian Curriculum
• Ability and willingness to contribute to the development and design of quality, inclusive teaching and learning programs
