Primary objective
Deliver professional administrative services, including providing financial and administrative support to the Business Manager, the Principal and teaching staff in a busy and demanding school environment.
Context Statement
Jilkminggan School provides education to approximately 65 students from Families as First Teachers (FAFT), Pre-school to Secondary of whom 95% are Aboriginal. The Administration Officer is pivotal in the maintenance of the school’s systems, policies and processes. The school utilises the Student Administration Management System (SAMS) database to record student and school data and information and attendance.
