Primary objectiveAs a highly effective classroom teacher and member of the leadership team, deliver high-quality teaching and learning in an upper primary classroom while contributing to whole school improvement priorities. The role supports the implementation of the school’s instructional models, mentors colleagues and contributes to leadership initiatives that improve student learning outcomes.Context statementBerry Springs Primary School is in a rural region approximately 50 km from Darwin and enrols around 250 students from Preschool to Year 6.
