Primary objective
As a member of the school leadership team, provide innovative educational leadership in the implementation of curriculum programs, and lead a team of staff in planning, development and delivery of learning that optimises learning and engagement of all students in an English as an Additional Language or Dialect (EALD) environment and meet the strategic goals of the Department of Education and Training.
Context statement
Mt. Allan School is part of the Central region and caters for 90 students currently enrolled from Preschool to Year 12. The school has 4 multi-level classes: Preschool, Transition – Year 2, Years 3-6 and Secondary (7-12). The function of the school is to support children and students to engage, grow and achieve their educational and life goals.
