Mercedes College is seeking an Enrolment Officer to play a key role in welcoming families into our community and guiding them through their first experiences of the College. As one of the earliest points of connection for prospective families, this role is central to ensuring every interaction reflects the values, care and educational excellence that define Mercedes College.
This position is ideal for a people centred professional who combines excellent customer service with strong administrative capability, and who understands the importance of cultivating trust, rapport and confidence from the very beginning of a family’s relationship with the College.
- Central role within the Marketing, Communications & Enrolments team
- Opportunity to support families at one of the most important stages of their College journey
- ESO Grade 3 position (paid in accordance with the CESA Enterprise Agreement)
- 45 weeks per year over 4 days per week (30 hours)
About the Role
Reporting to the Director of Marketing, Communications and Enrolments, the Enrolment Officer plays an important role in shaping families’ first impressions and ongoing engagement with Mercedes College. Working with minimal direct supervision, the role is responsible for working with the Enrolment Manager to deliver a personalised, professional and values led enrolment experience that reflects the College’s culture, ethos and commitment to belonging.
