About Us
We are an Outside School Hours Service, located on the school site of Our Lady’s Assumption School Outside School Hours Care. We work in partnership with the School and the Approved Provider, Catholic Education Western Australia Ltd (CEWA), as a not-for-profit organisation, providing a service to our community that promotes high-quality education and care for school-aged children. Nominated Supervisors to be part of a close-knit network with opportunities for ongoing collaboration.

About the Role
The position available covers a maternity leave period. The Nominated Supervisor will be required to lead the daily operations of our OSHC service, ensuring a safe, engaging, and high-quality environment for children aged 4–12 years. The fixed term position will be  from 11 May 2026 - 5 May 2028 to replace staff on Maternity Leave. [28 April - 8 May 2026 will be a paid handover period].

Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage daily operations of the OSHC service in accordance with the Education and Care Services National Law and National Regulations.
• Drive continuous improvement aligned with the National Quality Framework (NQF), including Quality Area planning and assessment.
• Ensure compliance with all WA regulatory requirements, including policies, procedures, ratio adherence, and child safety legislative changes.
• Provide strong pedagogical leadership, supporting educators to deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate programs for school-aged children.
