About The Role

• Full Time | Fixed Term
• Terms 2, 3 and 4 2026 with the possibility of ongoing
• Support the delivery of major school music events by organising logistics such as ticketing, transport, documentation
• Coordinate all aspects of the Instrumental Music Program—lesson scheduling, enrolments, communication with families, and liaison with instrumental teachers
• Act as a professional and welcoming first point of contact for students, parents, and staff, ensuring clear communication and exceptional customer service
