About the role
Key Responsibilities:
- Reception, phone and email communication
- Administrative support to Principal and leadership
- Student and family support, including Maintaining and actioning daily attendance records, enrolment processes, First Aid administration and record keeping and prompt, polite parent guardian communication
- Event coordination and school communications
- Compliance processes (WWCC, OHS, risk registers)
- General administration and finance support
You will:
- Be warm, professional and highly organised and have proficiency in typing, document management, excel, use of Google suite
- Build positive relationships with ease
- Demonstrate initiative, discretion, resilience, problem solving and responsiveness
- Be confident with digital systems and administration
- Thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Work Schedule:
8:30 am to 3:15 pm, full time however negotiable for the right applicant. three – five days a week.
This position is Fixed term for the 2026 school year with the possibilty of ongoing once 2027 funding is communicated.
Requirements:
Applicants must hold a current Working With Children Check and a National Police Check.
