About the role

St Patrick's College is a Catholic day and boarding school for boys in Year 7 to 12 in the Edmund Rice tradition. Founded in 1893, it is a beautifully resourced school in terms of its staff and facilities and is known for many things including its energy and sense of community.

The College is seeking to appoint a number of Exam Supervisors in accordance with VCAA requirements for the following exam periods.

  • GAT Exam                 Tuesday, 16 June 2026 (one day)
  • End of Year Exams   26 October 2026-20 November 2026 

 

Applicants need to meet the following VCAA Conditions of Appointment for Supervisors:

Exam supervisors cannot be:

1. Related to or associated with any student required to sit the GAT or any student undertaking a VCE Unit 3 or 4 study in 2026 at St Patrick's College.

2.  Teaching any student required to sit the GAT or any student in a VCE Unit 3 or 4 study in 2026.

3.  Tutoring a student required to sit the GAT or any student in a VCE Unit 3 or 4 study at St Patrick's College.

4.  Related to or associated with any person engaged in teaching, tutoring or coaching any students required to sit the GAT or any student undertaking a VCE Unit 3 or 4 study in 2026, or any school personnel engaged in organising or checking VCE external…
