We are seeking a professional, organised, and student focusedStudent Services Administrative Assistant to join our Student Services team. This role plays a vital part in supporting student wellbeing, safety, and the smooth daily operations of the College.
About the Role
The Student Services Administrative Assistant is often the first point of contact for students, families, and staff in relation to student matters. The role requires a calm, welcoming, and confidential approach, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a busy and dynamic environment.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing professional and welcoming reception and administrative support within Student Services, acting as a key point of contact for students, families, and staff.
- Managing student administration processes, including maintaining accurate records, confidential documentation, and supporting enrolment, transition, and wellbeing related processes.
