About the Role

The Classroom Support Assistant plays an important role in fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment by working alongside teachers to ensure that all students, particularly those with diverse learning needs, can participate in classroom learning and school life. This role involves delivering tailored support to individuals and small groups, adapting learning activities, and promoting strategies that build students’ confidence, independence, and social-emotional skills.
