The Role

Dawul RCS is seeking an educator who thrives on connection, who builds genuine, trusting relationships with students, colleagues, families, and the wider community. The successful applicant will bring strong interpersonal skills and a willingness to work collaboratively in a school that values culture, partnership, and shared success.

Experience with evidence‑based literacy pedagogies is desirable, and familiarity with Explicit Instruction or targeted teaching approaches will be highly regarded.
