Role description
We are seeking to establish a pool of School Officers for permanent and fixed term, full-time and part-time vacancies which may arise during the 2026 school year and up to the end of Term 1, 2027. Appointments may be offered at any time for vacancies that commence during this period.

The Role
Dayton PS is seeking to appoint motivated and enthusiastic School Officers that ideally show initiative and are able to work independently as well as collaboratively within an innovative and friendly team. Being the first point of contact and the face of the school, the successful applicant will ideally have excellent interpersonal skills to continue to develop relationships across the school community, internally and externally.
The School Officer undertakes administrative roles supporting the delivery of high-quality education. Well-rounded experience is desirable, and suitable applicants will have the opportunity for growth and to develop skills through a combination of mentoring and professional learning opportunities.
