Role description
This is a permanent part-time (0.4FTE) position commencing Term 2, 2026
Located in Hammond Park, Jilbup Primary School (PS) opened in 2024 and caters for students from Kindergarten to Year 6. Our new and modern school includes an administration block, early childhood teaching block, general learning areas, an inclusive education room, and specialist rooms for art and science. Students and staff also enjoy access to a well-equipped library, covered assembly area, music room, oval, and hard courts.

Jilbup PS is seeking an enthusiastic and organised Library Officer to join our team and support the daily operation of our school library.

The Role
As a Library Officer, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the school library, including the provision of reference information and the maintenance of library services and environments that support student learning outcomes.
The Library Officer will administer library systems to ensure records are accurate and up to date, and that library resources are processed, maintained, and readily accessible to both students and staff.
