Role description
We are seeking to establish a pool of Deputy Principals for permanent and fixed term, full-time and part-time vacancies which may arise during the 2026 school year and up to the end of Term 2, 2027. Appointments may be offered at any time for vacancies that commence during this period.
Woodbridge Primary School (PS) is an Independent Public School that serves the communities of Woodbridge, Viveash, Midland and Hazelmere.

The Role
We invite outstanding and experienced educational leaders to apply for appointment to the Deputy Principal pool at Woodbridge PS.
Suitable applicants will ideally display a strong understanding of high-quality teaching, learning and assessment, grounded in evidence-informed practice. They will lead with integrity and clarity, fostering a culture of high expectations, strong relationships and collective responsibility for student success. A key focus of the role is building staff capacity through reflective practice, the use of data to inform decision-making, and the implementation of targeted strategies that improve student progress and engagement.
