Role description
Metropolitan South Region, School and Regional Operations and Performance Division
Amberley District State School is seeking an experienced Student Support Worker with expertise in disability to support upper years students as they prepare for high school, working closely with families, staff, Student Services and external stakeholders to strengthen
transition planning and build student confidence, independence and readiness for secondary school.
This role will work closely with upper years students to provide targeted support as they prepare for the transition to high school.
