About the role

You will:

  • Deliver engaging English, Literacy or Religious Education programs for Years 7–12
  • Use contemporary teaching methods including explicit instruction, self-directed learning and co-teaching
  • Build positive relationships with students, staff and families
  • Use data to inform and improve student learning outcomes
  • Collaborate with colleagues in curriculum planning and delivery

You will:

  • Be a registered teacher with the Victorian Institute of Teaching.
  • Have a commitment to Catholic Education and the Catholic Identity.
  • Be conversant with and able to use current teaching methodologies including explicit instruction, self-directed learning and co-teaching.
  • Display a professional and respectful demeanour and attitude at all times.
