Role description
The Opportunity
St Mary’s College is seeking an experienced, highly organised and proactive Director of Administration to join our community.
As a member of the College Leadership Team, the Director of Administration plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth day to day operation of the College, supporting high quality learning and teaching through strong organisational systems, accurate data management and responsive daily organisation.
The Director of Administration will coordinate key operational systems and workflows to ensure the College runs smoothly each day. Working closely with the Principal, Deputy Principals and wider leadership team, you will provide coordination across daily organisation, timetabling, events, school systems and reporting, while also identifying opportunities to improve processes and lift efficiency and service.
This role is being offered as a POR 3 leadership position, with a teaching load by negotiation. The successful candidate will be a qualified and registered teacher with leadership experience in administration, daily organisation and timetabling.
The College will also consider candidates who have equivalent operational coordination experience for a Grade 6 Admin ESO position; however, this will be dependent on the candidate’s ability to provide evidence that they have the ability to apply their experience to a school context.
