Xavier College is a Year 7-12 co-educational College. The College is seeking a skilled and passionate Science/RE Teacher to be part of their school community and enrich the lives of their students. Temporary full time position, until the end of 2026!

Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will fit the following criteria:
- Have a thorough knowledge and understanding of the teaching Religious Education and one additional subject to secondary students, Years 7-12
- Accreditation to teach Religious Education within Catholic Schools, Parramatta Diocese is essential.
- Have a thorough knowledge of the Science curriculum
- Good knowledge of Inquiry Based Learning.
- Extensive pedagogical knowledge base and understanding of how Science is learned, what affects students’ opportunities to learn Science and how the learning and teaching of the subject matter can be enhanced.
- Understanding how to differentiate learning to cater for student needs in order to maximise student learning.
