The Role
The Youth Engagement and Support Worker would collaborate with the Support & Engagement Team and external agencies to improve the wellbeing, attendance, resilience, and behaviours of students across the college. The successful applicant would be responsible for developing and implementing positive support strategies and programs that foster student engagement, both inside and outside the classroom.
A key aspect of this role is developing and maintaining strong relationships with students and their families to increasing regular attendance and engagement and promote wellbeing to enhance student learning outcomes. The successful ap…
