- Demonstrated experience providing ICT support in a complex user environment, including device deployment/configuration, troubleshooting, and coordination with service providers and/or DET ICT services
- Demonstrated ability to maintain ICT service reliability (uptime focus), including documentation, incident management practices, and systematic problem resolution
- Demonstrated experience improving workflows across spreadsheets, databases, forms or internal tools; ability to design practical solutions that reduce manual work and improve data accuracy
- Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work effectively with leadership, staff, students and external stakeholders
- Demonstrated capacity to plan, prioritise and manage competing demands while maintaining accurate records and completing tasks within timelines
Role
The IT Manager is responsible for the reliable operation, support and continuous improvement of the College¿s ICT environment for staff and students. The role provides ICT service delivery to maintain core business continuity and delivers ICT improvement priorities focused on workflow enhancement, automation, and development/support of internal tools and platforms that strengthen administration and operations.
