Emmaville Central School is a small K-12 school located in a rural and remote township with approximately 400 residents, situated 42 kilometres north-west of Glen Innes in the New England Tablelands region of northern NSW. The school serves 83 students, including 26% Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander students from diverse socioeconomic backgrounds. It offers individualised learning in small composite and stage-based class groups with a strong emphasis on quality teaching and learning.
