Role description

An IB World Continuum School, Tara Anglican School for Girls is located in North Parramatta and serves over 1000 students from Early Years to Year 12 in both day and boarding programs. As Deputy Principal: Head of Junior School, you will join the Senior Executive Team to lead the Junior School (E–6). This dual role represents a significant leadership opportunity to influence school-wide culture, performance and direction, while shaping the formative years of a girl’s education through a deeply relational, future-focused and values-led approach.

The Deputy Principal: Head of Junior School leads with integrity, emotional intelligence and strategic vision. The role combines responsibility for academic leadership, student wellbeing, staff development, leadership mentoring, community engagement and operational management, while ensuring the Junior School delivers an outstanding educational experience grounded in the International Baccalaureate Primary Years Programme and the Anglican ethos and mission of the School.
