What Makes this Role So Important?

An exciting opportunity has arisen at Knox Grammar Preparatory School for an experienced and passionate Classroom Teacher (K–6) and Team Leader to join our team commencing Term 2, 2026.

As Team Leader you will provide effective leadership and a commitment to the continuous improvement of teaching and learning at Knox Grammar Preparatory School. You will be responsible for the ongoing development of innovative and future focused transdisciplinary curriculum, leading to quality teaching and learning, effective assessment practice and the use of data to inform instruction for each student.

This is a full-time permanent teaching position with an additional Team Leader appointment offered on a maximum term basis, which attracts a Leadership Allowance.
