Role description
Pittwater House is an innovative independent P–12 school on Sydney’s Northern Beaches. Our unique Twin Schooling model combines single-gender classes from Grade 2–10 with a co-educational senior school in Years 11–12. We are committed to high expectations, explicit teaching, and the wellbeing and growth of every student.
Pittwater House seeks a full time, temporary HSIE Teacher from early Term 2 2026 (start date to be negotiated) through the end of Term 2, 2027. The preferred candidate will be able to teach Stage 6 Business Studies, Commerce and Junior Geography. Candidates should be innovative, experienced, and demonstrate strong lesson planning, student engagement, and knowledge of the NESA curriculum. Experience teaching in NSW is preferred.
All staff contribute to the pastoral care and co-curricular programs of the School (no Saturday sport). Candidates must be eligible to teach in NSW, have appropriate qualifications, current NESA accreditation, and hold a valid Working With Children Check.
