Primary objectiveContribute to building school capabilities to improve educational outcomes for students by supporting teachers to improve student progress by mentoring and leading teaching and learning teams. Context statementSadadeen Primary School is an independent public school located in the northern suburbs of Alice Springs with an approximate enrolment of 100 students, P-6. Many of our students are from diverse cultural backgrounds, including a cohort of approximately 90% who are Aboriginal. We work closely with our families, allied health professionals and agencies within Alice Springs to support the inclusion and engagement needs of our students, 43% of whom have an additional need or disability indicator. We provide many pathways and programs that allow all learners to participate in rich learning programs including a focus on STEAM and wellbeing across all year levels.
