Primary objective

Psychologists work within a Multi-tiered System of Support framework to build capacity of educators to support students to maximise their educational outcomes. School psychologists perform psychological assessments with students for various reasons using psychometric testing, observation and interviews with parents and teachers. Consultation, comprehensive assessment, treatment planning and short-term individual interventions are provided to students learning, behaviour and personal/social competence concerns that may be having a direct impact on educational outcomes.
