Primary objectiveAs a member of the College Leadership Team, provide innovative educational leadership and management to implement curriculum, wellbeing and educational programs at Taminmin College. Heads of Department and Year Co-ordinators should inspire students, staff and community members to optimise the learning and engagement of all students. They lead the implementation of an effective, future focused educational programs through Years 7 to 12 and contribute to the College vision and improvement agenda.
