About St John Paul II College
St John Paul II College (JPC) is a Catholic, co-educational secondary school serving families in the north of Canberra. At JPC, we strive for excellence in teaching so that our students are offered every opportunity for success in their learning. Teachers at JPC are provided structured professional learning opportunities including a focus on offering students an excellent education through the implementation of the Science of Learning as expressed through Catholic Education Canberra and Goulburn’s ‘Catalyst’ program.
By joining JPC you will benefit from recent changes to our timetable including an increase in explicit teaching time and focus on routines to maximise student engagement. Staff are located in Faculty-based staffrooms to promote a focus on the delivery of quality teaching and learning programs.
