Role description
About the Opportunity
Marian Catholic College is seeking applicants for a Temporary Student Receptionist role to cover staff leave. This position will be required to work Mondays and Tuesdays from Monday 4 May 2026 to Tuesday 2 June 2026, from 8:30am to 3:00pm (12 hours per week).
This is a front-facing role within a welcoming school community, supporting students, staff and families in a busy office environment.
This position is accountable for a wide range of professional support, administration, secretarial and clerical duties, including but not limited to:
- Reception duties (responding to email and phone enquiries from parents, staff, the general public and students)
- Acting as the primary first aider and managing sick bay
- Assisting with student enrolments
- Maintaining student records and database information
- Photocopying and general administrative support
