We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Manager to join our dedicated team. This ongoing position plays a crucial role in supporting our school community and strategic vision by ensuring effective management of our financial, physical, and human resources.

Reporting directly to the Principal, the successful applicant will:
- Oversee the school's administrative and finance functions, including budgeting, financial reporting, and compliance requirements.
- Lead and manage non-teaching staff across administration and grounds, ensuring effective HR practices in recruitment, induction, development, and performance management.
- Manage the school's physical assets, facilities, maintenance programs, security, and work health and safety requirements.
- Provide expert advice to leadership, staff, and School Governing Council on finance and resource matters, participate in committees, and contribute to key decision-making.
