The Senior Program Delivery Officer will demonstrate their applied knowledge, skills and experiences against these essential role requirements of the Individual Contributor leadership stream:
- Experience in the provision of program supervision
- Experience in the delivery of general and / or sexual offending programs
- Ability to motivate, coach and mentor others to meet the challenges of demanding work roles
- Community engagement, key stakeholder liaison and/or working with special interest groups particularly in the criminal justice system
- Knowledge, interpretation and application of legislation, policies and procedures
- Demonstrated ability to prepare and supervise the preparation and provision of complex reports
- Conceptual, analytical and problem-solving skills
