Donvale Primary School is situated in a quiet and safe area of the City of Manningham. A feature of the school is the attractive physical environment. It showcases expansive treed grounds and school buildings that provide extra-large modern and well equipped open learning spaces. Our Senior School building, innovative in design, provides for open classrooms which facilitate teachers working together.

Donvale Primary School is committed to continuous improvement, and achieving excellence in teaching and learning at all levels.

Our structured caring and learning environment provides quality programs in Maths, Literacy, Humanities, Physical Education, Visual Arts, Performing Arts and an Information Technology curriculum. We are continuing with a sophisticated Learning Technologies infrastructure which incorporates 1:1 iPad technologies into the teaching and learning programs. In 2013, we introduced the Mandarin language into our curriculum as our Language Other Than English. We also introduced an `Artist in Residence¿ Program which was extremely well received by the students and community.

We provide a differentiated curriculum and focus on explicit teaching of skills which cater for the needs of individuals as learners and school citizens, valuing both academic and social development.
