Selection Criteria

We understand that all learners are different and require different support and instruction to achieve their goals. All staff at the school, not only the teachers, focus on where each of the students are currently achieving and how we can support them to get to the next step in their learning. This focus is vital for their academic growth and is equally important for their social and emotional wellbeing.

With the support of the Wellbeing Team, the staff can assist students in all aspects of their schooling life. Enjoying being at school is just as important as academic growth. Our priority is to have happy students who love learning.

Role

Range 3 is distinguished by the introduction of management responsibility and accountability for the delivery of professional support services. The role will usually impact beyond the work area or professional field. It seeks to gain cooperation of other staff members or members of the school community to achieve specific objectives, such as in school administration, operations or educational programs.
