The Opportunity
Are you passionate about empowering the next generation of learners? We are seeking an enthusiastic Secondary HASS/Psychology Teacher to join our team on a replacement basis. There is a possibility that this position may be extended beyond 2026. You’ll design and deliver engaging lessons, support student wellbeing, and tailor your approach to meet diverse learning needs. Bring your expertise and make a real difference in our dynamic school community.
Your Responsibilities
We are looking for an educator who:
- Actively supports the Catholic ethos in a Josephite school
- Demonstrates contemporary pedagogy in teaching and learning
- Contributes positively as an effective team member in an R-12 staff
- Demonstrates sound practices in creating and maintaining supportive and safe learning environments
About You
You’ll be a great fit as the teacher in our school community if you are enthusiastic, have a love of learning and enjoy working as part of a team.
We encourage all applicants; 4th year education students through a Special Authority to Teach (SAT), beginning teachers and experienced teachers who are looking for a change.
You'll Need
- Current Teacher Registration in South Australia and relevant demonstrated knowledge and experience (or a willingness to gain a SAT).
- High level interpersonal skills to interact positively with the school community and be a positive role model and professional representative.
